Thanks again for all your patience. About two weeks ago all domestic magazines were put in the mail, and have began being received across the country. As always please keep in mind that magazines are mailed bulk rate which means that can take 3-4 weeks to arrive.
For those that have or will be ordering back issues, make sure you have your order in by next Monday December 14th to receive your order by Christmas. I will be processing all back issues on that next Tuesday. I will also begin to process international orders at that time. International orders are processed individually which means they take a little while longer.
For the next issue, Issue 10, this will be a digital issue. For those that have missed the news, Theme Parks Magazine is still retaining its print status. We have, and will continue to work on achieving a bi-annual print schedule. However, we are also now including a free digital issue per year as well. We should have that out in a more timely fashion, as thankfully for us, online issues involve no printing cost!
Thanks again to all for your patience, and I hope everyone has a wonderful and safe Christmas and Holiday season.

Update 10/01/2009
There has been some confusion in regards to our "digital issues" and subscriptions. All subscribers to Theme Parks Magazine will receive four (4) print (non-digital) issues. In addition to four print magazines, subscribers will also receive an additional two (2) digital, or online issues. This means a $20 subscription will give subscribers a total of six (6) issues, 4 print and 2 online. This is in no way an attempt to reduce the value. Quite the opposite, online issues cost us much less then the print versions. (basically nothing) At least in theory without the added cost for printing involved we should be able to get the digital versions out quicker.
In regards to Issue 9, we have had the proofs for about a week now, reviewed them and will be returning proofs to the printer on Monday to start the full printing of Issue 9!

Update 9/8/09
Good news, we just dropped the magazine off at the printers. We will be in Canada over the next week, but hope to be able to pick up proofs once we return. Once we have approved the proofs and made any corrections necessary the magazine will print. Then we will be able to move onto issue 10 which will be a digital/online issue (Our print schedule will be 2 print issues and 2 digital issues a year).
